Here we go, folks. My favorite hot sauces of all time. This was hard to narrow down because there are so many good ones out there, and unfortunately I had to leave several 5-star sauces off the list.

I’ll get some of the peach for Marla to try and Benito’s and Mad Anthony sauces for me! I totally agree with your picks *except* for the Cholula.

I will get the Georgia Peach one when I go to Peppers next month for the gathering. I will also see if they carry the Mad Anthony one as well. I still have not had Benito’s sauces yet, but I see him on the list of people going to Peppers at the Beach, so hopefully I will get my chance. Great job Scott. I too do not think Cholula is anything special, but to each their own.
I just wish people wouldn’t release this type of list until they try the Smoking J’s Firie Habanero =)
