REVIEW- Dr Gonzo’s A Big Jerk Sauce

This is our 3rd review for Dr Gonzo’s Uncommon Condiments. From watching all these reviews, you learn fast how uncommon these condiments seem to be. I love the olde fashion style they invoke with their names and labels, and that is quite appealing to me. I plan on hunting them out at Jungle Jim’s for next week’s Weekend of Fire show and see what they have at the store. I am hoping that they carry at least some of the 19 products they make.

A little about this product taken from their website:
“This is our take on possibly the best roadside jerk sauce found in the Montego Bay region of Jamaica. This all natural, low sodium jerk sauce maintains that great jerk seasoning flavor and combines it with our ‘patent pending’ 30 second heat delay. Enjoy this treat on chicken, fish, pork, beef or rice and beans.

These reviews were a long time in the making, and my apologizes go out to the Good Doctor for delaying them so long. I hope they provided you with useful feedback, and won you a fan or two along the way.

Let us take a look at our review team of Firehead Thomas and Justin, and see what they had to say about this take on a Jamaican jerk sauce.

looks like we agreed an everything but the heat level, i thought it actually had good heat to it especially for having so little on your food after it all drips off. good review though i think i will use the rest on the grill maybe let some chicken sit in it overnight.

i liked the taste of it on pizza but it would of been much better on the grill, most of it i ate was while camping so food cooked over the fire. i just wanted something i could pour it on to show it to the camera
